I ordered that Rakhi Shagun voucher for 501 rupees on Swiggy on 30th Aug which was gifted to my sister on Rakhi.
When my sister tried to add voucher for an order 10 days later, it didn't work and she informed me.
I tried too and it didn't work post which i talked with swiggy and they informed me voucher was valid for only 7 days!!
No compensation or date extension was given.
Can they really get away by committing such fraud??
Dimers please help on what to do?

Update: Same response on X, they said feedback noted but nothing can be done, no type of compensation given!
I am not really a social media guy. I am posting the link of my complaint here and hoping if fellow dimers give some reaction, swiggy will know that they cant get away by committing such fraud on customers.

Not sure if they were clear during the purchase, but if they mentioned the validity on the purchase flow, then this isn't really a fraud.

Abt 20 days back I was scammed of 501 x 2 rakhi shagun voucher by Swiggy...these fcukers noted my loss as feedback and despite many complaints Albert "the greatest chxtia" always keeps giving same copy paste reply....Swiggy is so desperate to turn black by these fraud practices.

They have Pathetic support and cannot be trusted. They didn't deliver the free movie tickets after applying a promo code on an order. On contacting CS they said to wait for 48 hours and after contacting them again they said the offer was already over and they could not help.
