We ordered medicines on 16th May 2023 but didn't receive those until 22nd May, it was a prepaid order as well. When we contacted customer care (it takes a hell of a lot of time to get in touch with them - projecting as though they are really busy dealing with customers), that person didn't have any idea of when the order will be delivered. Finally, when we got a chance to chat with their team, they abruptly told us that the order is stuck somewhere and whether we would like to have a reshipment or a refund. We waited over a week to get an answer with this irresponsible attitude. We still haven't received the refund and we don't know if we ever will get it, as their customer service is shut again.
Don't ever try ordering medicines from this fraud company.
