Fraud Fraud Fraud.......!!!

I ordered a product (RC HELICOPTER) on 20/05/15 from paytm and it was delivered to me on 31/05/2015 that too after so many complaints about their delivery service. When I recieved the product I was shocked because it was clearly not the one I ordered. Different color, different size, different model. Also it’s charger was not working. So I contacted at customer care. What they have to say about this is that WE DON’T HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT POLICY, so you return the product and your money will be refunded to you. Now there’s a catch in their refund policy, the refund is credited as paytm money which is clearly an attempt to block your money. Refund is always credited the same way no matter you cancel or return your order. So do not buy anything from this site, do not waste your money like I did. All their cheap price is a decoy to cheat you.
