Where can you see the offer of pre-approved card in freecharge app.?
Applied last week, next day agent visited for verification and other details.
All was done Digitally. I gave my Aadhar and PAN , he took photos of it. Did Fingerprint validation of Aadhar.
Got card delivered in 5 days after that.
I got Freecharge variant NOT Freecharge Plus as was written on banner in Freecharge app.
But joining fee is waived off. Annual fee is 350.
This is confusing as for Freecharge card it is 250 and Plus variant it is 350.
So it seems naming got mixed up.
Max. Cashback is capped at 500 per month.
Any difference between normal vs plus one? Have you got any msg after completing KYC? I just received consent msg only.. Do u hold axis SB account?
After making a transaction using Axis FreeCharge credit card, whether Axis Bank will send another message with eligible Cashback % information ?

Yes. Reversed along with GST.
Can anyone confirm if other category spends are getting 2% cb even now? As freecharge app shows 2% on other category spends. I was thinking of applying.
2 days ago i had called axis bank customer care to upgrade my Freecharge Plus credit card to ACE credit card. He took my request to upgrade, told me it was free for 1st year. Only took 2 minutes to place the upgrade request.
Now i can see 2 cards in Axis Mobile app, ACE and Freecharge. Freecharge card will get closed after Ace gets delivered.
