Fuel Credit Card Friendly for Two-Wheeler Users (Fuel spends below Rs. 400)

I've OneCard which I'll be closing and it was useful to get 1% cashback (by making fuel into top 2 category and spent on 3 different categories in a statement cycle) on fuel spends done for any amount along with fuel surcharge waiver.
There are credit cards which provide fuel surcharge waiver but the minimum amount to be spent per transaction is at least Rs. 400 but since I've a scooty, transaction usually varies between Rs. 200 - Rs. 300 and not beyond.
Is there any fuel card or any credit card in general which can replace OneCard to avail fuel surcharge waiver as well as cashback / reward points for at least fuel transactions of Rs. 200 or above ??
LTF is preferred since it would serve only one purpose and keeping a paid card for it won't make sense.

I'll check if I can get a FASTag somehow and use HP Pay app along with it.

Fastag is not for two wheelers.
Fastag is your best bet I guess. use hp pay app and link your Fastag, icici Fastag works smoothly for me. Park+ to recharge Fastag wallet. Park+ keeps running offers for Fastag recharges, eg right now they are running 10% for onecard

Simply buy park plus fastag. It is an idfc fastag. Link this on the hp pay app and pay using the fastag balance.
Park plus often has 10% off offers on fastag.
Another option is to recharge using Amazon pay or sbi cashback card and get 5%

whatevre u take tek in rupay format , as trick come from time to time for rotation , i got 8K voucher of spend rotation i made many months ago
next best is Axis IOCL I suppose, will have to research a bit

BOB credit card is the best...give 100% surcharge waiver on all fuel outlets of txn between 400 to 5000...
