Future Pay Balance, FBB Wallet Wiped off (Profit Club Membership) - anyone in same league? What can I do?

Today I noticed that Future Pay Balance is showing Zero across all wallets i.e. fbb wallet, future pay wallet.

Till last month amount was keep adding Rs 1000 every month.

I had almost Rs8000 in the future pay wallet and Rs6000 in FBB wallet. Whole amount is lost.

I already sent couple of mails to futurepay but no response.

Let me know if anyone knows how can we get money back.

Mine too gone! Amount was less though..

Lucky me ..I didnt renew my Profit club this time as low stock at stores + lot of bad news
