I purchased two reels of 1/2 inch Cinagro garden hose (one 20 meters and the other 30 meters) from Amazon four years ago.
I haven't noticed any significant kinks or twists while using them use. Maybe this is a brand you could try. After 4 years of use it still looks good. One is left out in the rain and sun throughout the year.
