Is there any way to get some cash back on ICICI Credit Card bill payment? I have paid my CC bill using ICICI Debit card but got no reward points, so thought to check with dimers here.
(I am aware that there are cash back sometimes on GooglePay/Amazon pay but currently there is none for my account)

There are offers on Paytm on credit card bill payments which are user specific... you can check in your paytm login. the best offer was 30,000 paytm points for Rs. 30,000 card bill payment - once during the offer period. There are other offers also like 1000 paytm points for 5000 payment - 5 times during the offer period. One more offer on my account was upto certain amount of payment there was flat cashback ranging from Rs. 10 to Rs. 50 requiring at least Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 10,000 payment respectively.

It's useless. 1% coins that too valued at 0.5 per coin & minimum redemption is 2k coins which will be accumulated on 4 lakh rupee bill payments. Those who do not spend too much, to not have a good option for rewards

HDFC platinum debit card, pay via HDFC bill pay or mibid**k.
