I have a 6 month jio 399 plan. However now I want to get a stb. Customer care tells me that I need to upgrade to 999 plan and then get pay 1k to get it. Is there any other way to get it lt?
since i have already paid for like 6 months. Can I upgrade to 999 plan for a day and downgrade again after getting stb. Will they charge me full month for this ?

any update now. I am also thinking of getting 499rs postpaid plan just for setup box but if they don't give option to downgrade after 6 months then it would be pointless.

No option to downgrade to 399Rs stil not available. So, Only option I feel is to contact customer care.
