I opened HDFC max savings account yesterday online. Even after after doing the kyc, HDFC kept spamming me to do kyc via sms and email multiple times. Finally stopped.
What's the next step? I tried to register for netbanking but says id not eligible for registration.
Should i wait for anything?
I was hoping to log in and ask Milennia DC.

Have the account been activated and you transferred funds to that account?
If yes wait for 2-3 days and try to register for netbanking, from there go to cards and select your existing card (it will be platinum debit) then click upgrade card and select millenia, you will get new card in 3-4 days after that

Received yet another Platinum visa today. The app was showing another Platinum visa, so I blocked the new one.
The complaint I made via email, received wait until 29th Jan as reply. I called customer care today, the agent said they can't see what type of card is linked to your account.
If you want millennia go to your nearest hdfc branch and explain the problem. What do you think?
