Uber: DOST बंद होने वाला है। Uber Hero में स्विच करें t.uber.com/hero-o

This is the content and it’s coming from various sender’s (seems like message bomber).

Any suggestion to resolve this issue

Whats the frequency and how many messages you receive in a day??
It must be irritating.

That’s freakin too much.
You must avoid putting your mob. No. At any cost.
Try to remember is there any place you used your no. Like survey or any sort of similar thing.
I am afraid if they are coming from different sending you can’t even block them.

No i haven’t used my number in any survey kind of thing.  There is some app to prevent sms bomber. Have to find that app as most of places link is not working for download

Looks like somebody is doing “typing practice” by SMS on your number joy

Try Blocking SMS which is present in most phones SMS app…..

I dont give my number anywhere now days , when any outlet asks i tell i dont use a mobile
However i have seen even bank employees selling data
Recently i happen to apply for a credit card, i gave specific addresses information (different city) while applying.
Various insurance brokers started calling me after 2-3 days, asking me to visit my address in that city
India should come up like laws of European GDPR, if that is implemented we could screw all of these people

And @ebaylovers i think some of your old “friend” has played a prank with you

Difficult to find who is doing this.

It’s intentionally done by someone, not by some data seller for sure.

@ebaylovers any app or way to junk messages based on some spam words or filter (sender name starring with so and so, specific mesage centre as sender.. like those parametres?)
.
Or if for those times when the flooding starts..put the sim in some old (physical keypad) phone .. whose message memory is full.
.
maybe the sender software realises that messages are “not being delivered” and they put your number on the “no service” list.

operators/bulk messaging service providers outside India might be hard to trace but just in case, fo file an odficial complaint.
(since each message does have the message “service centre” number, theoretically it can be backtraced. as in who sent it to your operator > who/which client sent it to sending TelCo > who created the account with the bulk messaging service which used that TelCo)

AFAIK Uber Dost is driver partner app from Uber. It seems some cab guy by mistake registered your number while onboarding Uber. Reach out to Uber to get it rectified.

Same with me but in yahoo mail account, each day I receive more then 10 mails which sometimes gets mixed in inbox. I tried everything from unsubcribing to blocking the mails but I keep getting spam mails from identical different emails.
Eg. 1111(at)xyz.com
1111(at)xyz1.com
7585(at)1xyz.com
So must be coming this mails from same server but domain is changed little bit.

with friends like these, who needs foes¡¿😢😡🤬

that won’t be suffering, that will be “correction”
(like Murica has “correctional” centres, früher Hitler had ‘concentration camps’, Brits used ‘Kaalapani’)
The suffering (on the face of it) is of ebaylovers.
(unless he is destined to face this for some reason/s).
