for bathroom uses bro?
If there is no problem of electricity then go for instant. As storage one will keep lot of space.
For bathroom storage geysers are good and for other places like kitchen go for instant
Instant ones are good, cheaper, occupies less space & works well. I’m using this one, https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B011E...Y/ for last 3 years & it is working fine till today.
You can look for other brands like Crompton, Havells, Bajaj, etc. You need to purchase drain pipes in addition to the geyser. Check this – https://www.amazon.in/dp/B01MT...U/. This are easily available in local hardware stores as well.
All said above, if you want to enjoy continuous hot water from a shower, a Storage geyser (15/25 l) is recommended.
You can go for instant geyser. Below are only 2 drawbacks associated with it:
1. In areas prone to powercut the hot water supply will be interrupted.
2. The water pressure in shower will be a little less as compared to storage ones.
For my flat, I have got 1 storage geyser for the main room and 2 instants ones for the other rooms.
Check out this one as well. I got it for less than 2k during the 1st sale.
Instant Water Heaters are mostly Gas Geysers so how will powercut impact it?
If you have hard water, u will spend every 4-6 months changing coils inside the geyser after 2 years.
Keep that in mind too.
I for personally feel that if you are looking for instant water geysers then look out in the local market. As informed by various shopkeepers in the local market the thing that matters in instant geysers is the thickness of copper pipe. There are many local brands which offer better thickness in less price as compared to reputed brands.
i purchased this item on 4 Oct 2016 and it is still working fine > https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B009...0C
