happened with me but 1500 swiggy vouchers, fighting with cc. they agreed to give 1200 flip kart vouchers but i insisted on bank credit. still not received refund. 13 days

Qwikcilver seller has the issue. Just raise a complaint to Flipkart and wait for 3-4 days

Maybe you have received it in your spam folder because it happened with me once. As you know fk cc doesn’t solve any issues on time so waited 10-15 days still no resolution, but one day I checked my spam folder and it was there. So I advise you to check your spam folder thoroughly atleast once

Qwikcilver seller score on Flipkart is 2.2/5
Thats enough to show they have issues at their end. Even though they are official GC seller

It was not proper refund as such. More like gift card added from customer care

Btw.. I received one GC order one hour back for order placed on Saturday night. It had shown delivered immediately after placing order

So basically you got refund as FK gift card naa and the gift cards also afterwards  ??but how did you did it ?

That was different case where order was in pending for long time. And I got by contacting CC

In your case order is showing delivered. Same happened with me on Saturdays order. I received the gift card today for that. I had complained to them on Sunday. (receiving the gift card today may or may not be related to the complaint)

same case happened with me, I even posted on DD about it, it was a FK gift card. for almost 20 days the FK support was mucking around, then I approached social media team, and they refunded me my money.
It’s very unfortunate, FK doesn’t have a very simple system that allows to resend the gift card, which amazon has implemented

I have bought 5K myntra voucher @ 4% discount which they were not able to delivered.. After 20 days they have asked for the bank account details and the amount (4800rs) was credit back after 7-8 business days.. they have given the option to refund the amount to bank and the transaction was done using credit card initially.. But after 35 days I saw the Myntra gift card was also delivered.. The gift card didn’t work for a day when I have received it and while redeeming (showing some error occurred) but luckily it works the next day

In your case it was pending naa , but in my cas it was showing delivered .by the Way when this happened ??
