The government on Friday launched a dedicated portal for the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) on World Consumer Rights Day. The portal is an effort to clamp down on persistent violations of advertising guidelines and will serve as a platform to “name and shame" violators.

But what about deflation suits one will face after naming and shaming?
