Great Way to order food

A newborn baby and an inconsistent maid in the same house would eventually result in ordering a lot of food from outside. Thankfully Foopanda has contributed greatly in pampering my wife (who is spending sleepless nights; courtesy The Baby) with some delicious cuisines while not being very harsh on my pocket (providing 50% off coupons regularly).

Choice of Restaurants: Foodpanda has almost 30 restaurants listed for Service in my locality. Also once or twice has tried from other places and found a reasonable number of restaurants serving different cuisines to suit one’s taste buds. Some of the Chain outlet restaurants including Subway, Dominos, Pizza hut, Kebabplus, Yo China, etc are also listed which gives users more options. So I give them 4.5/5 in listing of restaurants.

Delivery time & Packaging: Most of the restaurants from where I have ordered have delivered the food hot and well within the time allotted to them. However, the packaging quality varies largely from restaurant to restaurant, while in some restaurants the packing is excellent where as in the packaging quality is pathetic. Foodpanda should come up with providing all the listed restaurant some standard packing boxes, could turn out to be a huge promotion for them also. Rating 3.5/5

Payment Options: Currently they have a 15% discount on payment through Payumoney. Also they accept all other forms like CC/DC & Net banking. So far with over 50 payments made to the site , I have never faced any issue of payment failure or anything. So for me their payment options get a 5/5.
Website / App Interface: They have a very user friendly web interface. Their iOS app is good and works flawlessly. Even tried their Windows app , and found it smooth. 4.5/5

Customer Care: There customer care executives are polite and fast to act. The average waiting time to connect to an executive is also decently less than various other sites. In most of the cases , their CC was able to resolve the issues encountered by me. CC experience 4/5.

Note : Would recommend people to check the restaurant rating on Zomato and Timescity before ordering the food. Sometimes, street stalls with fancy names are also listed and some people even rate them well, which in some cases can be misleading.
