Hey dimers/admin i need your help recently placed couple of orders in grofer for order amount almost 1800 plus couple of days back i purchased smart bachat membership for an year and 200+ cashback remaining in wallet customer care saying due to bulk order your account is flagged just placing 2 orders can flagged the account and customer care is so rude giving no proper response email custome care response is just like as bot replying only changing name

same reason as our system detected the account is flagged twitter is filled with thousand of complaints
First of all I hope your orders got delivered?
Second I didn’t order from grofers in recent times. So not sure if they put any such limits. As I can see you have already contacted via twitter & got no positive response. The only option would be left to contact them again once the corona situation normalised. As every company is running on minimal customer support. That’s why you will not get any proper resolution during these days. Or may be try to contact them again after couple of days.

In my TP in T&C, mentioned offer valid till 14 April 2020 
no 31st October mentioned. Confusing
what about the coupon generation date is that showing as 14 april 2020
once coupon is generated it shows as valid till 31 october 2020 and same in the TC
I am unable to activate grofers in Timesprime, sorry no coupons are available
