GST bills from Zomato/Swiggy

Why Zomato and Swiggy are not providing GST bills with the order?
We can file a lawsuit against them
I asked swiggy for GST bills they are saying they will take 72 hours to get the GST invoice
This big firms and fooling government and may not be paying taxes for many sales.
Common people pay only the tax.
If they are paying the taxes and has GST bills, why they are taking 72 hours to get the bill? Why dont they have bills in the first place.

True they only need to provide GST bill if they charged delivery fees. For all other items restaurant needs to provide bill. I do get bills from most of the restaurants.
I need the GST bill to get reimbursement. How do I get these?
Order from restaurants that send the bill, usually MNCs do so 
Gst registration is mandatory only if Turn over is more than 25 lakh
Small restaurant may escape.
Again i am not asking for GST on food.
I am asking on GST on service and final bill by swiggy with GST number
Bill will be generated by restrauent.. call restrauent for gst invoice.. swiggy is just a delivery partner
You can get GST bill from zomato or swiggy. Just ping support assistant chat on same order or mail then with order id ( u get order id from order summary ) they will send you gst bill on registration mail id within 24 hrs.
They are not charging me delivery fee as I m gold member. But the amount shown in the website shows gst charges .
The restaurant is supposed to provide bill.
Swiggy/Zomato are supposed to provide bill for the delivery service, if they charge the delivery fee.
Usually, the delivery guy get the restaurant bill along with the food.
Not all restaurants are GST registered, hence no GST bill.
