GST Bills unavailable in Flipkart now?

I just noticed that option to buy using GST was unavailable in Flipkart. Have they removed this or is available on certain items only? This depends on the seller and in this case, the seller is not giving that option.
On a related note, I was experimenting with purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S23 and the GST option is removed when I opt for an exchange.
