Gulmarg Gondola Online Phase 1 tickets sold out

Hi All,
The Gondola Phase 1 tickets are sold out for the days I want to go. Is there any other way to get tickets as we were really looking forward to the Gondola ride. Phase 2 tickets are available for my date but I am unable to book Phase 2 without Phase 1 tickets.
Did anyone of you face anything similar?
Please help.

no one can arrange tickets in black , just forget or look for current booking on the spot .. will be tough .

tickets are not available offline at all and dont try also ,online is the only option

just a word of caution: beware of touts outside selling tickets. only pay after you get service or by UPI after your entry.
