My order with happilio.com got stuck while I tried to pay using upi. Money got deducted but order not booked.
Today, I called happilio.com on number 18002704300. They told me that money is not received and I have to talk with 'simple' the payment gateway in between. I dont have a simple account and used my banks upi app to pay. How to solve this as I am unable to find contact number or email id of simple payment gateway.!!

File an official online complaint though your bank website / netbanking under Txn dispute.

Happilio team contacted Simpl and refund received today. My bank replied that as payment is successful and credited to Simpl account so check with Simple. I was not able to find any contact information for simpl payment gateway. It was a bad experience with Simple payment gateway.
