FitPass Pro Gyms membership | BOB Eterna CC vs others?

Has anyone taken BOB Eterna CC for using FitPass Pro membership that comes along?

I see that card is paid now (2500+Gst) and gives back 6 month worth of membership fees for workouts across gyms it has tie up with.

Brings down the effective 6 month gym cost to 500 a month...(~3000/6)

I don't have any other pursuasive motive to go for this card as of now.. 

Is it worth it to take BOB Eterna for this? Any other thoughts.?

Any other way to optimise workout subscription or so?
