Amazon is selling (Refurbished) business computer starting at Rs8000.
All these business computers consume very minimal electricity and are best for normal usages like watching movies, youtube, net surfing and downloading etc.
People who are using, please share your experience and how many years you have been using it.
I am thinking of buying one because my current computer is heavy and consumes a lot of electricity.

Yes I am using hp prodesk which i bought from amazon around 6-7 months back and its working fine I bought that for 13500 and spent around 10k for getting monitor and wireless keyboard mouse combo and USB wireless adapter
First refurbished is not new one
Second why a home user will go for a business computer with very limited processing power? Business computers are made for cost effectiveness for a organization that do not need many software or upgrades. Everything is low. Its more or less like using a smart phone and a desktop pc. If you need a pc on low configuration then go for assemble one. You will have choice to upgrade it if you need. As far as electricity is concerned use a adaptor base power supply like we use with laptop.
You dnt understand, Nowadays laptops are very cheap quality and do not last long.
These business computer have Intel i5 6th gen processor, 8 GB to 16 GB RAM, 256 SSD, Some of them even have external graphics etc.
Go and try assembling a PC, then see how much its cost comes out to be.
I already have high end PC but i need only for youtube, watching movies and internet surfing.
Yes i tried those mini CPUs taking less physical space and simple as well as quick.
It works like a charm.
In any case you getting warranty of 3-6months, then must buy.
Try to check for the same in your local market, offline they are being sold at very cheap prices.
now most things are on the "cloud". so an ordinary home user does not really need much computing resources.
for my daily computing needs I now primarily use a cromebook, that can even work on a powerbank.
I get it now, you want to install android emulators on these machines and take UPI/ Rupay tricks to outer space.
Many looted wallet companies shut their businesses due to you their computers will be sold at throwaway prices try them to run more fake I'd apps on blue stake
Once you buy it, I would suggest you to install chromium. Then it will work very smooth.
watching movies, youtube, net surfing and downloading etc.
It ll lag for sure. Linux me chalaoge toh chalega Aram se.
Android emulator run karega?
Using hp m720q with i5 8th gen as rdp 24*7, working too good for me
I am using a Lenovo ThinkPad X201 Tablet since 2015 with the following configuration: i7 first-gen processor, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, and running Windows 7. I have not encountered a single issue yet. Recently, I made a change by replacing the HDD with a 256GB SSD, and the speed has improved significantly. Additionally, I replaced the battery in 2022 because the previous one was providing 1.5 hours of backup, whereas now I am getting up to 3 hours of backup.
Since manufacturing has been discontinued for this laptop, I am not receiving any new updates. It was Wacom-enabled and I primarily use it for sketching, internet browsing, MS Office tasks, downloading, and other office work.
Thinkpads are the best.
