yeah, was nearby an store so went there and it wasn't showing that store in the list. the ones around my place are showing up now

Isn't the reward rate same for everyone? Or is it varies from account to account and from time to time. In my account earlier I was getting 20% valueback on stores under grocery category. But after transacting on 2 grocery stores, now the reward rate is just 14% and they even decreased reward rate on food and dinning from 25% to just 21% now.
Anyone living in Delhi NCR, kindly please confirm, what % valueback are you getting on grocery stores today.

From earlier i am getting 12% valueback
Never got 20%.

No it's still there. But did you use it recently? Then it may get reinstated after 15 days or so or next statement cycle.
