Since my LTF debit card is closed by HDFC bank cause of their fault , I will have to apply for new card now.
which card should I go for ? anyone using it .
MILLENNIA DEBIT CARD 500 fee
PLATINUM DEBIT CARD 750 fee.
I can only see card online. any views ?

Millennia DC doesn’t give 1% cb on cc payment?
Rupay platinum is good if you’re not a heavy user.(charge-150rs per year)
20% off upto 100 on apay balance every month is icing on the cake.

Placed request to change my card from Platinum to Millenia debit for one of my account…
Again realized that HDFC is stone age bank…
- No SMS/Email received for this request
- No Trace of my request online
- Called customer care service…They also cant see the request ..HDFC is really a joke when it comes to IT
ICICI feels generation ahead of HDFC when it comes to such stuff
So did you got your card? or any info or something?
I just upgraded one of my card from Millenia to platinum.
But no sms, email etc.
I’m worried if they accepted the request or not.?

Contacted bank regarding this. They said they will issue 2 debit cards for joint accounts only. Is it possible for max savings account?
They are right, never heard of anyone getting two different debit cards under same single operated hdfc bank acc in last 1-2 years or so.

If they closed your card and it’s there mistake they must issue you another Ltf card ,

1. The number linked with bank account (same for both DC and CC) is already registered on smartbuy. Do I have to register with 2 new numbers again?
2. Is HDFC Platinum DC billpay Autopay 5% upto 150 cb offer applicable on paying CC bill?
1. If same number is linked to both cc & dc then you need to create another acc using another number(1 existing number for dc & 1 new number for cc).
2. No. It only apply to utility bills like electricity, gas, water, landline etc.
Can we have a 2 cards (one visa and one rupay) as an add-on card at a same time?
Btw according to https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/save/accounts..., RuPay Platinum (HDFC calls it RuPay Premium) is also Lifetime free for primary account holder. Is that right/still the case?
