I am also not getting otp for Vi sim connected hdfc account, however received otp for airtel sim hdfc account, tried via netbanking billpay today only.
Is 1% cb on visa platinum debit card is for all or we need to accept any offer?

HDCF credit cards are not supported for hdfc billpay.

Yes.
is the offer each month ie 1-30/31st .or specific date like 30 day after bill payment.
Its each calendar month, instead of waiting 30 days of last payment.
