Hdfc bill payment failed continously

I try to pay my cc bill through hdfc debit card but keep getting failed “Sorry the request can’t be processed,Try again later” and I got a mail saing payment declined due to “0399-0399-PBE10002-Do not honor”.
Any idea/ solution about this error?..Hope it’s temporary.
Please clarify.

Are you trying to pay more than 50k in one go? HDFC has put restriction now of Rs 50000 per day for other bank cc bill payment

Issue seems to be with card only as i tried to pay 1 rs using netbanking and it was success. Either they have blocked because of 1% cashback or sonething else

I couldnt get it to work either.. tried to pay a Kotak CC bill and was failed.. Online transactions enabled. Bill amount under 50k.. Got a payment failed error ..
