Regalia is mid tier card with annual fee of 2500+gst. Just because many got it easily & ltf made ppl forget this fact. On these cards one is supposed to spend at least 3-4 lakhs annually else not much point in getting such cards. For millennia card though it is not justified.

the only reason i took regalia was to upgrade to DCB someday .. and it remained that way till day

No spend limit but free access is for international airport lounges outside India, no free access for international lounges within India.
