recently applied for hdfc tata nue card but today got email that i they will issue millenia cc instead. but i alredy have millenia cc 🤦🏻♂️
well i dont mind 2 ltf millenia ccs though. did anyone have 2 same ccs

bhai, please confirm if you pay/use via old card not getting reflected in new one. don't make any transaction on new card, otherwise if they upgraded your old card, it will be disabled after first transaction on new card. make sure to confirm with cc team.

Irony is, your old card has the label “new”😂
The old he had was diners international (new product) while they are issuing a domestic one (old product), both should be different cards to HDFC.

what is the expiry date of your old milennia , is it getting expired in next 1 or 2 months?
There way of shifting from ltf to fyf card.

The issue of unsolicited cards/upgradation is strictly prohibited. In case, an unsolicited card is issued/existing card upgraded and activated without the explicit consent of the recipient and the latter is billed for the same, the card-issuer shall not only reverse the charges forthwith, but also pay a penalty without demur to the recipient amounting to twice the value of the charges reversed. In addition, the person in whose name the card is issued can also approach the RBI Ombudsman who would determine the amount of compensation payable by the card-issuer to the recipient of the unsolicited card as per the provisions of the Ombudsman Scheme, i.e., for loss of complainant’s time, expenses incurred, harassment and mental anguish suffered by him/her

but they said they wont be repying any further on this issue
i have alredy registed complaint. should i attach the complaint to the email? maybe that might change their mind?

Now the new problem is i paid 1k extra even before bill generation for cc fees lmao. Now it shows 0 🤦 guess i will mail them again
