hdfc NCEMI problem- CC is dumb as hell

purchased airpods on ncemi for 20600 on 25th. now the transcation is showing in stament but it is not converted into emi. it just shows as regular purchase. it been 72hrs since the purchase. called cc the lady on other end so dumb. she kept saying i should call croma to know about my emi, wtf!
anyone have any idea on how long it will trake for it to show as emi?

my billing generated 5days back. so the next billing is after 25days i think
initially direct debit will be there and after 3-5 days it will be credited back and charged as EMI purchase
which app is this.....
Mine HDFC apps UI looks different.
For one of my transaction done on 20th EMI generated on 27th, there is one transaction done on 23rd and EMI not generated till now, little worried as statement date is 1st Mar and if EMI generated tomorrow what is going to be charged.
this has become a huge headache for us small time looters. i curse hdfc bank.
may ur sock fall 50% so that i can buy cheap
If your billing date is not close, then wait for 5 days.
