I want to make netsafe virtual card from diners credit card when i try to create card payment page opens and doesn’t load anything.
How to create virtual card if anyone can guide?

I think you have to enable international transaction on your cc first to generate a new virtual cc. (No matter you’re gonna use it for domestic or international purchase).

For debit card maybe netsafe is working but never heard anyone in recent times creating a similar virtual credit card like this. Also never heard about any such requirement of enabling international transaction first to create a virtual card even when it was working for many debit cards years ago.
