hdfc optima secure health insurance missed to renew

Hi,
I completed 2 years with this plan. The insurance expired on 31st December 2023.
Did not get any reminders also, Now I am unable to renew it online due to cut off. Have written to hdfc support. Will they offer to renew or is it lapsed without any concession?

Very less possibility. Try mentioning in reminder email that you will switch company if no help provided in renewal

They said will revert by Monday, hoping for policy continuation. In case I want to port to other will they consider the first 2 years?

Don't they sent an email before 1 month of expiry date?

Talk to them and request for reinstatement of the policy, they will happily do it.
They can ask for undertaking that you are in good health or something like that, but they will do it
