hdfc platinum debit card 1% cashback not received

I have been using HDFC Platinum Debit Card for CC bill payment. Reward points are automatically added within 3-4 days of payment. They need to be redeemed to get cashback.

Same with me but I believe, HDFC will credit CB in few days hopefully.

Not working for me too

same here not able to transfer cb to bank account

I also did one credit card payment using HDFC easy Shop platinum debit card,. Now after 1 week also no reward points credited...any help?

I did one payment 3 days back, got the points and redeemed as well.

I redeemed the points 5 mins ago and it's working.

which app you are using for credit card payment? Paytm?

It takes a couple of days, I think.

Rewards gets credited next day at 10am.

Redemption of points gets credited after 630pm same day.
