HDFC Regalia Credit Card Rewards Points Capped At 1000 RP/Month

I have HDFC regalia credit card, I received the following email from HDFC reg reward points capping per month,

I am guessing the remaining banks also will change the reward points structure, anybody have any  idea reg reward points?
