HDFC Reversing Tata Neu Rewards Points

Rewards point/Neu coins only eligible on selected merchant payment.

If HDFC found wallet loading or any type of rotation then your Rewards point/Neu coins will get reversed.

So they can detect the same even for UPI transactions? I have mainly done gpay transactions for paying cc bills.

Spend 4-5 days before billing and use coins as soon as they hit your tata nue axcount to minimise this

Haha I didn't get much extra coins, I guess they are filtering from last month itself. Some bugs are now being chased separately. What if the person has spent the coins as well.

They do add many coins with short expiry, check the transaction history, they might have  got lapsed.

The neu coins for card usage stays with card only and gets transferred to neu app after the few days of statement generation. And after transferring the neu coins to neu app, card summary will show 0 neu coins. If card summary shows some coins then it is for your unbilled transactions and not for last month's transaction.

Read the statement carefully to understand how much you earned this month and how much transferred (coins from previous month) to the neu app.

Further, people who think can use neu coins (earned from neu card transactions) even before the statement, it is not possible because neu coins earned from card usages will be transferred and available to use only after statement generation.

I didnt get any rps for wallet reloading and yet they deducted points. Thank god I did some small amounts
