I have spent around 65k on my tata neu plus card, 90% of this are upi payments. Few days back, reward points were showing at around 450+ in my hdfc app, yesterday it was around 350 and today i can see the balance is only 241. It seems hdfc reversing points on money rotation transactions. Anyelse facing similar issue?

They didn't give 200 neu coins for PayZapp wallet loading even they deducted 200 neu coins from total coins, I was expecting nearly 700 coins but they gave only 320 neu Coins.
Now I wouldn't use this card for neu Coins I will use only for Rupay offers.

but had been wondering what happens with 'Bonus NeuCoins' earned on my Tata Neu Infinity Card.. as it never reflects as credited to my NeuCoins wallet.. Can anyone throw some light? Will appreciate that.

Just analysed my statement and found that all the neucoins reversals were due to wallet load transactions(loaded to icici pockets). No other reversal observed. Got full 1% points on all other transactions including credit card bill payments

Mailed HDFC customer care and they credited back all rewards which were reversed due to Wallet load transactions

Rewards point/Neu coins only eligible on selected merchant payment.
If HDFC found wallet loading or any type of rotation then your Rewards point/Neu coins will get reversed.
The neu coins for card usage stays with card only and gets transferred to neu app after the few days of statement generation. And after transferring the neu coins to neu app, card summary will show 0 neu coins. If card summary shows some coins then it is for your unbilled transactions and not for last month's transaction.
Read the statement carefully to understand how much you earned this month and how much transferred (coins from previous month) to the neu app.
Further, people who think can use neu coins (earned from neu card transactions) even before the statement, it is not possible because neu coins earned from card usages will be transferred and available to use only after statement generation.
What if they still deduct and it becomes negative
