HDFC Rupay Virtual Card Not generated yet

Hi Dimers,
I received emails and SMSs from HDFC that I was eligible for Virtual Rupay Credit Card with Millenia shared limits. I immediately applied thru Mycards site on 9th June. After submitting all details, I got acknowledgement email along with Application Reference Number.
It was supposed to be issued within 5 working days but it has been more than 10 days that I have not received any communication from them. I even checked on Mycards site, it's not visible there.
When I called my RM regarding this, she got provoked and said- "You should have consulted me before proceeding with application. I can't find any application details in our system".
I even sent email on customerservices.cards at hdfcbank com but they are not giving proper answers.
What is the solution? Should I wait for the issuance of card ?

Unable to generate a pin for my spouse's card using pin generation and its shown on Google pay and payzapp
If it still does not get generated you can call customer support and tell them your concern they will issue a physical pin and dispatch it to your registered address on credit card.
I have also applied for the same on 9th and got the card no on 17th. Mycard seems have some issue on autolinking.
Try with bhim and see if card is generated by trying to link it. If it shows HDFC card then you can call customer support and ask for last 4 digit and add it to mycards and get the details (same thing happend with me).
Go to Paytm and try linking credit card UPI if card generated then you will get last 2 digits then open mycard and add first two digit from your end and last two as shown in Paytm 1to 99 any number will definitely yours i done the same because hdfc not sent message or mail for approval of UPI cc my card approved on 15th may yet i haven't received any approval mail or message 😂
What is the reward you are getting for upi txn ?
I applied through MyCard today. But neither SMS or E-Mail was received, nor any application ref number

Meanwhile try to link the card in paytm
If click on hdfc credit card
May be the card will be linked and ask you to set the pin
Yes you cant proceed as you dont have the other details
But that will assure you that you will get the card soon
