Bought flipkart vouhers on smartbuy using HDFC DCB CC. Received only regular reward points (5pts for 150rs). Didn't receive smartbuy 3X bonus reward points. Anyone faced this issue for Feb month?

My statement generated around 13th Feb last month had a few glitches too like no 3X RPs on train tickets via SmartBuy and no RPs on dining either. I am waiting for this month's statement to see if the problem solves automatically. Otherwise I'll wait 90 days and then complain.
