HDFC Spend offer Voucher not received

Today I received following order placed on exact 22july2023 made single transaction worth 1k .

• If I upgrade money back plus visa to rupay will it eligible for spent based offers if I used card now & next month I convert to rupay money back plus.

As per my information hdfc will deactivated old card after upgrade only one card  working any how.

Kindly Some one share experience because it's last 4 digits of card change after upgrade of card I have no proof that time with HDFC to escalate.

Received a offer today, only applicable on domestic POS or tap and pay.

Any good ways to utilise it, I mostly do all things online and have completed all purchases during festivals.

Many a times the offer T&C clearly states that if you received this offer earlier too then you are ineligible despite receiving the email/SMS.

I received such offers in email in May June and July, 250 voucher on 1000 spend.

I waited 90 days but did not get any voucher so emailed support at hdfcbank com, after a week they will reply to send offer screenshot and smart buy transaction id. Few days later they will reply that they are making one time exception blah blah and expect voucher in next 12-15 days. Still no voucher so I reply to those emails and they sent sms with voucher for spend in May. 
For June voucher is still not issued.

For July spend I got voucher sms automatically on 16 Oct

Hdfc banks vouchers take time.... Atleast 3 months.... Keep looking you mail you will get one

in case of HDFC, if you're going for availing any spend based offer, always keep everything handy with you ... offer link, offer page full screenshot (check how to take full page screenshot in browser)

all of this is required to claim later on when they don't honor it ... usually the timeline is on or before 90 days from the end of offer month ... so, if the offer period was from 10 - 14 November, 2023 ... then wait for 90 days starting from 30 November, 2023 i.e. on or before 29 February 2024
