Hi,
I have just escalated the issue that while shopping on 1Mg, it shows merchant as "Paytm". Hence, no only base reward rate of 1.5% and not the expected reward rate of 5%.
Anybody able to resolve the issue.
Shout out to @panchabhut for pointing out the issue.
UPDATE : Just placed an order on 1mg via Tata Neu and merchant name came as "1mg.com". Screenshot attached.

I made 3 txn for 1Mg via tataneu app. each time, the merchant name came as paytm.
Now I use only neucoins for 1mg. least cost way for consuming the neucoins.

Soon they will reverse neu coins, same happened with me.... I did transaction at Snapdeal but merchant name showing "Paytm" so they reversed neu coins....😐
