HDFC UPI Chargeback

During Jan 28th I tried to place an order in JioMart using CRED UPI . The amount got debited but the order was no placed .
It has been a month still no refund from JioMart.CRED has no support for UPI transactions.
When contacted bank for chargeback they are saying for UPI it is not applicable because it is an authorized transaction.
Dimers please suggest what needs to be done.

A complaint shall be first raised with the relevant TPAP in respect to all UPI related grievances / complaints of the end-user customers on-boarded by the PSP Bank (if the UPI transaction is made through TPAP app). In case the complaint / grievance remains unresolved, the next level for escalation will be the PSP Bank, followed by the bank (where the end-user customer maintains its account) and NPCI, in the same order. After exercising these options, the end-user customer can approach the Banking Ombudsman and / or the Ombudsman for Digital Complaints, as the case may be.

TPAP - Cred

PSP Bank (Cred) - Axis Bank

Raise a complaint with Cred (Cred Pay Support ), then Axis Bank + Finally your Bank. 

Account debited but transaction confirmation not received at merchant location (payment to merchant).
Auto-reversal within T + 5 days | ₹100/- per day if delay is beyond T + 5 days.

Regardless of refund, approach RBI Ombudsman for compensation ( Eligible for Min 2500)

    Any way to raise complaint in CRED.I tired using customer support but it is asking to contact the merchant or the bank for solution.

    One of the worst support for UPI by CRED.

    Contact higher level of HDFC bank customer support.

    some HDFC bank customer support executives are uneducated. contact again for UPI chargeback.

    Note - you can contact RBI after 30 days. Otherwise RBI will close your complaint.
