Health Insurance ! 1Cr. Coverage

I already have corporate insurance worth 10L. 

However, I am also looking to take a health insurance on my own for a much higher amount say 50L or 1Cr for 2 persons (me and spouse)

While checking on policy bazaar, I see the insruance with coverage of 1Cr and other with coverage of around 10 or 15L are priced similar ?

What's the catch on 1 CR coverage health insurance ?

Any recommendation on health insurance ? 

How's Niva Bupa health insurance ?

I am eyeing at "Niva Max Saver" health insurance plan, any review ?
