Healthkart Delivery Issue

I had ordered ON whey protein from healthkart on 19th and delivery date was 20th Jan but till today they haven't been able to deliver it. It was shipped same day via Delhivery but still haven't reached me and when I complained to healthkart they are just trying to resolve but nothing is happening... what can be done here ?
