HELP. Dealer fraudulently sold me 2nd hand SCOOTY. Consumer Forum/GST Complaint

So, red colour Pep plus was available near my workplace. Since my sister height is very short, booked BS VI model without realising it's seat height is more than BS iv model. Never mind that, I made full payment on 10/8/23 via UPI, expecting at least 10 day delivery.
But, the dealer kept on dragging for some 45days, saying RTO officer isn't available, blah blah. I knew something was off, but thought must be mind playing some tricks.
Now here comes the surprise part, i took scooty for 1st servicing on 13/5/24. I know, why so late? coz no one was using that scooty, beside me. only some 1000 km.
The Servicing guy said, i wont be able to use FREE servicing since bike purchase date is 2022. I knew i was f*cked royally by my Dealer. Blood kept rushing to my brain, i was MAD. What kind of stupid someone has to be, to have such audacity, to fraud a customer.
So, the servicing team explained to me, The Dealer must have given me fake GST bill, as per their website data, scooty was registered to my delaer name: ***** Motors MBO. Kindly note the address of Customer section, i bought from my dealer in Odisha. But it says Gobichettipalayam. Alarms kept going off in my brain. I have lost 1 year of bike. & to top it off, Dealer sold me Test scoooty (perhaps). How fu*king dare he.
Help me how to fight this mofo. He's a preety influential figure in my workplace. Should i approach Consumer forum? or GST council?
Cant the dealer just get away from GST fine just by paying GST on it ? I want to make him pay. idk my tiny brain can think of no proper justice. Kindly help. I havent yet told my family. if i do file consumer court, my sister will have to be involved,as buyer was my sister. i'd rather not involve her. She has much things to worry about.

Let me explain similar issue happended with me while purchasing Asus Duo Laptop from Amazon.
I have purchased laptop and within 6 months have seen issue. Asus helped me to repair free of cost but as we can extend warranty in first 6 months I tried to opt for it where Asus rejected saying its refurbished laptop and they dont provide extended warranty.
With email confirmation from Asus I have contacted Amazon and they redirected me to seller. After multiple discussion seller accepted return for laptop but as it was more cheating case I demanded compensation and he gave me additional 30k as refund.
Note: Here Amazon havent helped much because they said payment is released to vendor long back and you have to clearly mention then you are going in consumer court. If they dont respond then file case but before it keep all proofs on email which prove its fraud case.
this is clear 420. legally you will get full amount+interest+lawyer fees+compensation back. but as this in India and as he is dealer, so he must be rich, so he will drag the case in the name of settlement. hire a enterprise level lawyer, he will charge more but less chances of him sleeping with the dealer later.
First, Calm yourself down.
Approach the dealer with a cool mind, ask for a full refund and give the scooty back.
OR see what he offers, maybe a 70% discount? not a bad deal right?
If things do not go well, then take harsh steps. Legal things take years to settle. Only you will get harassed in the process. Also, consult some experienced lawyers/police, not a fresher. And go to the consumer court, not for the criminal case. Keep all the evidence.
i wa also thinking about consumer court.
i was planning to hire one of my friend who recently graduated from law. i think consumer court doesnt' need much expertise. or, should i really hire a professional lawyer ?

At first try to settle this issue mutually with seller and demand full refund.If he agrees then good,otherwise file police case and move to District Consumer Court.
Also keep your brain cool,don't be so excited,otherwise you may get heart attack.Take care 👐
Ye to bada hi fraud chal raha market me.. ek aam cusomer kaise oatq kare.. jabtak oatq chalega year or many months nikal gaye honge.. waise bill to hoga us basis par legal action ho eakta hai.. par where? Consumer forum or case ladna padega jo ki again loss making..amd time taking
