Doesn’t matter if they ask me or not for the feedback (Nicest thing is.. delivery guys have only asked me to give feedback instead of positive feedback..they won’t even bring the topic of feedback if they mess up but that’s another thing)
Sometimes.. these delivery guys ask me to walk half a kilometre to get these packages from them even when the address is crystal clear..In those cases I avoid giving feedback altogether
But the arrogant ones… deserve unhappy/negative rating!

Genuine feedback is what only matters but then it has to be both way.
Generally people react or give feedback when there is a problem.
when everything goes smooth, how often one gives feedback?
one should at least say thankyou. yes, it is delivery boys job but that little appreciation would help.

I dont know how many here knew there is direct monetary benefit for positive feedback.
I personally never faced issue with flipkart as ekart depot is just near my home in 2 cities.
I remember they sometime asked for feedback but didn’t know how to and never asked them too.
Will give genuine feedback if they r getting money from it.

If the delivery guy deserve positive feedback he will get one. If not surely i will give negative feedback for them to improve. Otherwise they will do anything and does not bother for improvement. Btw i always give feedback for amazon, Flipkart or other site even fill the survey in which they ask for suggestions for improvement.

Make sure to give genuine (+ve or -ve) feedback. Do not get fooled emotionally. Some delivery guys/companies are irresponsible/arrogant and they deserve negative ratings.

Yeah been giving them the feedback since a long time and as per them it helps in getting incentive/salary increase for positive feedbacks.

Curier boy gave me the product and repeatedly asking me to open the link ‘i said ill give you the feedback dont worry’ but he said this is not for feedback it is something else and i got ready to open the link then he asked me to click on “i am happy” here he is not stopped he came closer dosnt follw the social distancing. I am afraid whether these guys do the same with other. I got angry and gave negative feedback.
I realy did not want to do this but when you face this kind of things you just take the steps which you never want to.

On Saturday Delhivery guy called me up and asked to come half a km to get my product, he did it politely. So I went there. Today the same guy called and asked the same, but the tone of different, quite rude, I said return my product. Then he came home and act like he is donating something and talk like a Boss….

What he said was, I’ve only your product to deliver, and everybody else is come and get theirs, but you don’t. And many many excuses in an arrogant way.
