Background: i have changed family member in my existing policy, so HDFC has sent me a manual link to pay. So default website payment will not work since this is policy modification.
For the past many days, I am trying to pay premium using link "https://hepgw.hdfcergo.com/CCPGISUBSCRIBER/Make..."
But whatever card I use, I get error saying "Your payment in the amount of Rs. NULL has been failed to be processed by HDFC."
Can someone help me how to resolve this issue? I called their CC, but they are so incompetent that they have no clue, they say send us cheque.
My payment due date is tomorrow.
Hv u tried requesting for manual payment link? In that they share a payzapp link that might help u... n what about their generic renewal portal..
you can try registering policy in HDFC netbanking and pay from there

Try different device or browser, I suggest using latest updated playstore version chrome mobile on a phone running manufacturer rom with no root & via 4g mobile net connection.
