Help - ICICI pockets KYC issue

Icici pockets account showing to update full kyc . Has min kyc in pockets. Probably it needs full kyc after 1 year of min kyc. Full kyc has long process that includes Agent visit at home for kyc appointment , no vkyc - what a joke.

Anyone faced this? Any solution ? Or should I close it and open afresh with min kyc?

I have completed this 2 yrs before.

They arranged Ecom courier. Aadhaar Biometric verification completed by capturing fingerprint.

Thats all. Full KYC Completed.

Ask them to close the account , then create again with same number.

Used to work earlier (2-3 years back). Not sure now .

Tried yesterday, closed account, signed up again after successfully delinking mobile number. It asked fresh min kyc details (mann mein laddu phoota.. ) (need to be genuine, they hv a verifying mechanism).

After signing up, it showed all my last txn😝.. & yeah, no transfer /send money doesn't work.

Bottomline... Successfully wasted 8 days.

So My suggestion don't do it..

I didn't do it for their shitty offers. Was just curious how they can do it as it is against rbi policy.. I got my answer in the end
