1. Long battery life.
2. Durability
3. Easy pairing
4. Long range ( Distance b/w phone and buds )
Sound quality is not a big thing, will be used generally for YouTube videos ( Not songs) and Calls.

I was going to make a post but found yours .I also want to buy for everyday usage .Even I am in same dilemma and exact same budget .

Few friends suggested me to not opt for boat. They are just very good at marketing, They have created a fake dilemma in market that everyone is buying boat, but that's not the truth. Before knowing that friend, I always used to buy boat.
Also, read on DD that they have made their return policy worse. I preferred them because of their easy returns, but now they deny returns.
But In this range there are very few companies, so will wait for few suggestions here on this post, and if there will be no other option then maybe go for boat.
