Help in Sbi Card Blocked due to suspicious activities

My Sbi Card Blocked due to suspicious activities on 28th January.
I called customer care same day and verified that these transaction is tried by me.
After that I send them email with self attested kyc documents as said by customer care. Still my card not activated. Whenever I call customer care they say that it takes time.

Anyone of you faced this time of problem ?

What is the solution for it ?

Hello bro! In my case whenever the SBI card gets blocked due to suspicious activities, you will immediately get a verification call on your registered number to verify the transaction. Upon confirmation the card instantly gets unblocked. Otherwise we have to call the customer care and confirm. After that the unblocking process may take a maximum of 10 to 14 days as said by the cc executive. But most of the time it will be only 2 days max. So again call the cc and explain your problem. They will help you.

I called 20-25 times. All the times they say that you need to wait as your complaint is already in process.

Where did you use the card? most probably will get blocked/closed if not unblocked in 10days

If you don't answer the IVR or give wrong verification answers the account gets blocked and it takes more than 15 days in that scenario. My account got blocked for more than 25 days just because I gave one security answer wrong.

Contact the below emails... There is no use talking to phone support as most of these junior desk employees know nothing on how to get your issue resolved.

Remove the spaces from the email addresses. And send an email with detailed explanation of what actually happened & that phone support is not helping, so you are emailing here...

Clear your dues and send a closure/reactivation email to Sbi.

Based on there reply, they the closure/activation route. If they are not supportive complaint to RBI. You will have a resolution within 30days

SBI cards behaving like SBI, so much drama

even I faced this issue only on gyftr with simplyclick card

-of all the CC its the SBI who acts like a 'psy' , first i use to think it's for due to international txn. but even for domestic txn on mere wallet like mobikwik they wud block the card , just fallow the 

1. when u do txn on SBI card always keep your mobile active , a call will come to confirm the txn confirm them and your card wont get blocked

2. if the card got blocked open up internet banking/SBI app there u see the option to unblock

3. call SBI Customer care is useless as they will say that call will come from backend team but still raise a complain 

4. mail sbi customer care 

5. get it unblock ASAP , else they will send u new card and charge the card replacement fees

None of these mail id persons helps in this case. If 30 days has been passed since first complaint. Raise to RBI. Problem will be solved within 3 days.

Can i myself request for replacement card. New card is automatically unblocked ?

No you can't you are blocked at account level not at card level. For replacement of card account should be active.

Yes, Customer care told me that you are blocked at account level. But how you knows that  ?

Coz i have gone through all that. Tried all possible ways to get unblocked. After one month of first complaint and all mails to nodal pno etc i filed case with RBI ombudsman. And believe me they were calling me to tell the unblocking status after every six hours after rbi complaint. And finally got unblocked.

Mention that you got first time. Explain the case in detail. Attach all communication mails as proof.

OP is blocked since 28 jan. Don't you think replacement card should have been delivered till now.

call Customer care , SBI goes in strange mode some time and not all blocking are the same , in my case i just kept quite and a card deleivered may have change policy or something by now or be a diff level of blocking

Just call them they will unblock it..  i had faced same issue few weeks ago .. but in my case i called them immediately...

Removing block on a SBI card is an excruciating process..it took me a month to remove the block. A simple call to customer care won't suffice even response to email takes time . You have to barge them with msgs on their social media handles preferably Twitter.

Yes faced the same issue. They took like 3 months ths but never resolved the issue then I checked the rbi ombudsman site and got their nodal officer email. Sent the mail and within 7 days issue got resolved smiley

Sbi Cashback Card ki Email Id change krayi thi account hi bnd kr diya h kmino ne 15 din se. Bhai koi solution h kya...Khub email send kr di twitter p complaint kr di - 15 din se kh rhe h waiting for approval - don't know which approval is pending.

Guys need your help to unblock account and if not possible, any other credit card suggestions like SBi CC
