I live near a smelly canal. Industries dump their wastes during evening and it smells bad the entire night.
I want a smart/cheap way to remove the smell and possibly the bad particles in air for the health of my family
Do you guys know a solution ?

Dump waste in the Canal & occupy it.
Make a new home over it.
Don't worry, govt. People & local mla will help you do that.
