Done credit card bill payment from justdial app
Paid 150rs. To axis bank cc today morning
Received 100rs. Credit text in evening from axis
When checked app 100rs. Credit showing but date is showing 19th may
I mean how is this possible
Also where's my 50rs. Gone🥲🥲
My suggestion don't use Justdial
Ab kisko complain karu Justdial ka to koi support bhi nhi mil rha

Any chat / mail possible as don't have balance in sim from which i done cc bill payment or will they answer my query from another sim also?

Its not scam, but technical glitch intended or non intended. what happens if you pay 200? 150 is getting credited then 50rs charge may be? Did you check T&C thoroughly?
